The permit figure counts machines over 102 inches wide, or over 13'6" once loaded on a flatbed deck, or over 80,000 lbs gross with a typical tractor and trailer. A lower deck changes the answer for many of them — each machine's page works it out on a flatbed, step deck and lowboy.
